How To Order

1. Select Item

Please select an item from the articles listed on our “Goods & Foods”.
*Item lineup on this "English Shopping Menu" is slightly different from that of the "Japanese Shopping Menu".

2. Fill Out the Order Form

Check the details of the item such as price, volume, color etc.
Fill in the first form with your card message (free option).
Select the delivery date.
Then, select the options you want.

3. Click “Order Now”

Click “Order Now” button to go to the checkout process. You will be directed to a high security PayPal payment page.

4. PayPal's checkout process

If you are a PayPal account holder, enter your PayPal email and password.

If you don't have a PayPal account, click the corresponding button and enter your credit card details. (*No PayPal Account Required - All major credit/debit cards accepted.)

Please make sure you add the shipping address in Japan in the form "Message to World Flower Service".
On the "Review your payment" page, YOUR address is already entered in the "Ship to" form. So, please let us know the real shipping address in Japan, filling in the form "Message to World Flower Service" at the top of the page.
Otherwise, we have to contact you to complete your order.

Once you completed the purchase, PayPal will send you an email confirming your order.

Payment

*Please note:
When you purchase products and flowers together, each product will be delivered by a separate package due to different shipping handles. Most delivery comes on same day.
